These terms and conditions are for the provision of services by B Express Limited whose registered trading address is 5 Shore Street, Cushendall, County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
1. Definitions and Interpretations
1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following expressions refer to the meaning:
“Contract” the agreement to provide services, as explained in clause 3;
“Transaction Fee” The fee due from the customer for services provided by B Express Limited. This is a fixed fee per transaction;
“Special Offer” A venue reserves the right to Offer a product at a price of their choice;
“We / us/ Our” refers to B Express Limited of 5 Shore Street, Cushendall, County Antrim, BT44 0NA
1.2 Each reference to correspondence in writing, assumes that e-mail, text message, Whatsapp Messege, Fax or Letter will be satisfactory.

3. The Contract
3.1 These terms and conditions are for the sale and provision of goods and services
and form the basis of contract between us and you. Before confirming registration, please ensure you have read these terms and conditions carefully. If you are unsure about any part, please ask for clarification.
3.2 Pricelists may change at our / venues discretion, and a product may be withdrawn at our / venues discretion.
3.3 A legally binding contract to purchase the products is entered by accepting the terms and conditions and confirming the order.
4.1 All orders from us made by you will be subject to the terms and conditions.
4.2 Refunds will be carried out as per B Express Policies and Procedures. In the event of clauses 4.3 and 4.4, a refund of the purchase price of the beverages will be refunded to the customers account, with the Transaction Fee retained by B Express for works rendered for processing/ pre-assembling.
4.3 The venue reserves the right of refusal, if no identification is provided when asked for, or for sobriety reasons.
4.4 If the beverages are not collected by the close of business that day, then the refund will be awarded in line with clause 4.2.
5. Payment and processing
5.1 The prices quoted will be in accordance of the prices in place at that time, but similar products could be subject to change at a future date.
5.2 If we quote a Special Offer, it will be valid for a limited period.
5.3 Our prices may change, and these changes will not affect any orders we have already received.
5.4 All payments are paid through Stripe, and you the customer agrees to abide by the policies and procedures of stripe. At B Express’s discretion, the payment provider may be changed, and the customer agrees to adhere to the new providers policies.
6. Events outside our control
6.1 We will not be liable for events outside our reasonable control, which may delay the service provided. This may include but not limited to power failure, internet provider failure, data blackout, riots, floods, fires or storms.
7. Communication and Complaints

8. Personal Data
8.1 All personal data will be held in accordance with the provisions under The Data Discrimination Act 1998 and your rights under that Act. All current GDPR requirements are strictly adhered to.
9. Other Important terms
9.1 We may transfer the terms and Conditions to a Third party (this may happen in the event of sale of Business or Business Closure). If this did happen, you will be informed by us in writing, and your terms and conditions will be unaffected.
9.2 You may not transfer the terms and conditions without our expressed wishes in writing
